 Financial Considerations If your procedure(s) is covered by insurance, we will collect any unmet deductible and co-insurance amounts prior to surgery, file your claim with your insurance carrier, and send you a statement for any unpaid balance after your claim has been processed by your insurance company. Payment in full is expected prior to surgery for non-covered procedures. Also, as you’re probably aware, insurance plans may or may not provide their insured’s with a list of facilities they must use in order to receive full policy benefits from their insurance company. If Surgery Center is not listed under a particular plan, we ask that you please give us the opportunity to verify that information, as well as the in-network and out-of-network benefits.
